Tiramisu expresso

Tiramisu is the perfect dessert to punctuate a meal. With its mascarpone mousse that brings lightness and chocolate gluttony, it's just a delight. Discover our recipe to realize it in 15 minutes chrono.

For 6 pers. Preparation time: 15 min.

  • 400 g mascarpone
  • 2 eggs + 2 yolk
  • 150 g glass sugar
  • 20 biscuit
  • 20 cl coffee
  • 200 g black chocolat
  • Cocoa Powder

Beat the mascarpone with a fork. Separate egg whites from yolks.

Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until you get a foamy preparation. Add the mascarpone and mix well.

Beat the egg whites until firm and add to the previous mixture. Quickly dip some biscuits in the coffee and lay the bottom of one of the bowls.

Cover with mascarpone cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Lay the layers until the ingredients are exhausted, then finish with the cream. Cover and refrigerate.

When serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Tip: To perfume, you can add a finger of alcohol of your choice to the coffee: marsala (the most classic), amaretto, kalua, whiskey, rum ... Everything is allowed!
